Shipment Policy

UPS:

UPS shipment over 5 days unable to file a denial

If retail value is less than $200: reship and add comments to Consultant’s Master file.

If retail value over $200: review with TL.

Backorder items – items delivered to incorrect address and Consultant called prior to the item being selected for shipment to change the address and due to system limitation Rep was not able to change it, follow the same procedure as above (UPS shipment over 60 days unable to file a denial).

Party orders/Backorder item - Consultant didn’t receive the package because she moved and did not call to change the address. Rep should file call tags at the Consultant’s expense.

Follow the call tags Policy if successful or not successful.
