Automated Party Order Cancellations
Orders will be automatically cancelled for the following reasons:
- Consultant has not applied the minimum amount of a payments to the order
- Consultant has not made the remaining payments within the payment term agreement dates
Layaway Orders
Paid Less than 25% at submission
- If the Consultant does not make additional payments and pays at least 25%, the order will be cancelled the following Thursday by 3PM EST.
- All deposits will be refunded once the order is cancelled.
Paid 25% but less than 50% at submission
- Consultant has 75 days to pay the remaining balance
- If it is not paid within 75 days the order becomes Permanently Cancelled
- All deposits will be refunded once the order is cancelled.
- Permanently Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. Consultant must submit a new order.
Paid 50% but not 100% at submission
- Consultant has 75 days to pay the remainder
- If it is not paid within 75 days the order switches to Pending Cancel
- It will remain in Pending Cancel for 45 days
- Consultants may reinstate the order in Consultant's Corner during this 45 day period
- Permanently Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. Consultant must submit a new order
- If the order is not reinstated and paid in full by the 45th day it will switch to Permanently Cancelled
- All deposits will be refunded once the order is cancelled.
- Permanently Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. Consultant must submit a new order
Refer to the following table for the number of days in each status.

Commission Adjustments
Cancelled Layaway orders may impact
- Commissions
- Overwrites
- Qualifying Volume (QV)
- Program rewards, and
- Incentive Trips
When an order is cancelled, the following will be deducted retroactively from the Period in which they were originally paid:
- Commissions
- Overwrites, and
- Sales (Qualifying Volume)
Important
- Commissions are paid once an order is paid at 50%
Pre-Paid Orders
Paid Less than 25% at submission
If the Consultant does not make additional payments and pays at least 25%, the order will be cancelled the following Thursday by 3PM EST.
Paid between 25% and less than 100% at submission:
- The order will automatically switch to Layaway the following Thursday at 3 PM EST.
- The Consultant will need to follow the payment term agreement dates.
Refunds for Layaway and Pre-Paid Orders
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method; Credit, Debit or Check
- Credit or Debit Card Refunds: Depending on the bank or card type, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear.
- Check Refunds: Refunds are issued to the individual whose name appears on the original check.
A $4.50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Consultant Responsibility
- If the product has shipped, it is the Consultant's responsibility to return all the products back to Princess House. Any unreturned products will be deducted from the refund at their full retail value.
- When a refund is issued to a Consultant or Organizer for a Party Order, it is their responsibility to return all applicable funds to the Hostess and/or guests.
Non-deliverable Orders
If an order is returned to Princess House because it was non-deliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address
- The order may be reshipped, and all Host/Customer programs originally applied will remain valid.
- A $23 reshipment fee (plus tax) must be paid within 30 days from the return date.
- No exceptions will be made.
