US/MX - Program availability per week

Consultants can create a Party Order with the following specials: 

Week	Specials Available
Week 1	Week 1 promotions from the current period  Week 4 promotions from the previous period
Week 2	Week 2 promotions from the current period
Week 3	Week 3 promotions from the current period
Week 4	Week 4 promotions from the current period  Week 1 promotions from the following period

What You Need to Remember

Selecting Specials

• Specials from different periods cannot be mixed in the same demonstration order. 
• The week in which the order commissions is the week the order counts toward.

Linked Party Orders

• If a Consultant indicates they are unable to create a virtual demonstration link, verify which period the Consultant selected.
   
• If the Consultant has not selected the current week or period, they will not be able to link their Party Order to eCommerce orders.  

Selecting Specials in Consultant's Corner

During Weeks 4 and 1, Consultants have the option to select Week 1 or Week 4 specials. 

 

When creating a demonstration order during Week 1 or Week 4, two options will appear, as shown in the following  image.

After selecting “Create a Party Order,” the order screen will appear. On the left side of the screen, it will display the current order period, as well as the selected specials and offers.

Last Saturday of the Period

NEW PROCESS:
Applicable to all Periods starting March 21, 2026

Orders Submitted	Cuentan Para la Semana/Periodo	Pagos
Before Saturday Midnight (12:00 AM PT / 3:00 AM ET on Sunday):	Count toward Week 4 of the current period.	Orders must be submitted with a minimum 25% payment and must have 50% deposit paid before close to count for Week 4 of the period (same payment policies apply).   If the 50% deposit is not paid before the Week 4 close, the order will count toward the week and period in which it commissions.
After 12:01 AM PT / 3:01 AM ET on Sunday and later:	Count toward Week 1 of the next period.	The same payment policies apply.

Example: How Specials Count

• Orders including Week 4, Period 3 specials or Week 1, Period 4 specials submitted BEFORE Saturday midnight (12:00 AM PT / 3:00 AM ET on Sunday) will count toward Period 3.

• Orders including Week 4, Period 3 specials or Week 1, Period 4 specials submitted AFTER 12:01 AM PT / 3:01 AM ET on Sunday will count toward Period 4.

Programs and Promotions
There are no changes to period programs or available promotions.

 

Party Orders Linked to an eCommerce order During Week 4

The eCommerce specials will continue to switch to next period specials on the last Friday of the period at midnight.

• During the last Saturday of the period, both Week 4 specials (current period) and Week 1 specials (next period) will be available.
• However, only Week 1 specials can be linked to Demonstration Orders, since eCommerce specials will already reflect the new period

Summary

Important:

• Specials apply based on when the order is submitted with the required deposit, not when it is created.
• Orders submitted before 12:00 AM PT / 3:00 AM ET on Saturday night count toward Week 4. 
• Orders submitted after 12:01 AM PT / 3:01 AM ET on Sunday count toward Week 1 of the next period.
